I saw your comment on Kiruba's blog. Not sure you got a response to the Tamil wiki question. It's pretty easy to get started. Just visit http://ta.wikipedia.org and register yourself an account by clicking "பயனர் கணக்கு உருவாக்கு / புகுபதிகை" (Sign in/Create account). Then visit http://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:SB and click "தொகு" (edit) button and start typing. That's it. Let me know if you have questions.
