I was reading about 'Night Terrors' this morning. Maybe my condition is a combination of Sleep Paralysis and Night Terrors. I browsed a lot of sites and understood this. I need to calm down, be stress free and speak more about my feelings rather than hiding them. I should start reacting to things than feel mentally paralyzed. One website says that an afternoon nap will help. Maybe I should try it . Somebody says a nightlamp helps.
I hope for better things in this new year and today is Deepavali .
